From Dance to Shadow: My Journey into Coaching and Sovereignty

The Detours That Became Initiations

Make it stand out

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Every Step is a Preparation

“There is no light without shadow and no psychic wholeness without imperfection.”Carl G. Jung

I recently shared on Instagram a glimpse of my journey — how every detour shaped the work I do today.
Here, I want to tell the fuller story.

Because for some of us, arriving at our calling in rarely a straight line.
What feels like loss, failure, or sabotage in the moment often reveals itself later as preparation, initiation, and alchemy— the soul’s way of shaping us into who we must become.

From Dance to Descent

I began as a dancer. Before I could speak clearly, I learned to listen — to my body, to rhythm, to impulse.
Dance was my first language: ancient, wordless, alive.

Discipline was devotion, and devotion was joy.
Yet the same sensitivity that made me an artist also opened me to shadow.
At the end of my teenage years, I fell into the abyss of hard drugs — a search for transcendence that led me deep into addiction.

I stopped on my own out of sheer will, but what followed was a long depression that lasted four years.
It felt like destruction. In truth, it was my first initiation — a descent into the underworld that taught me humility, endurance, and the anatomy of suffering.

“One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.”Jung

That darkness stripped away everything that was false, leaving only the possibility of rebuilding from scratch.

Behind the Stage: Learning the Architecture of Beauty

When I finally resurfaced, I left dance and entered the world of live music.
I became a press agent and a concert promoter — no longer under the lights, but behind the scenes.

From that vantage point, I saw how creation truly works:
how mastery and magic intertwine; how charisma is sustained by craft;
how trust, intuition, and leadership form the invisible structure that allows beauty to exist.

Those years taught me that artistry is not only performance — it is architecture.
It’s the invisible labor that gives form to the ineffable.

Motherhood as Sacred Initiation

Motherhood arrived as another profound initiation — an encounter with life, death, and the immense responsibility of love.
It demanded presence and surrender, but it also revealed how much within me remained unhealed.

After my daughter’s birth, I entered seven years of Jungian analysis.
Those years were not easy, but they became the foundation of my rebirth.

“We cannot change, we cannot move away from what we are, until we thoroughly accept what we are.”Carl R. Rogers

“Motherhood cracked me open — analysis remade me.”

I met the parts of myself I had hidden or feared, learned to read symbols, dreams, and archetypes —
and began to understand that healing is not about fixing oneself, but remembering one’s wholeness.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”Rogers

Returning to Art — and the Language of the Cosmos

Through analysis, I returned to creation — and to the mystery that fuels it.

Astrology soon called me.
I trained and certified in London, learning to read the celestial language that bridges psyche and cosmos.

“Every descent is followed by an ascent; the vanishing shapes are shaped anew.”Jung

Astrology taught me that our lives move in cycles — that even detours belong to a greater design.
Nothing is wasted; everything participates in the choreography of becoming.

The Artist’s Way — Creation and Transmission

During this fertile time, I made art, collaborated with dancers, and designed costumes and visuals.
I also founded an art school for children in my studio: Painting Explorers.
It became a sanctuary of curiosity and play — a place where art was a form of exploration as well as transmission.

Several of my students went on to become artists themselves — proof that creativity multiplies when it is shared.

“What is most personal is most general.”Rogers

Embracing Eros and Discipline

Eventually, I turned toward a deeper current beneath all creation — Eros.
Not simply as sexuality, but as the life force itself: the impulse that moves us toward connection, creation, and transformation.

When we exile Eros, we also exile our vitality, curiosity, and power.
When we meet it consciously, it becomes a profound teacher — revealing how we relate to desire, to boundaries, to intimacy with life itself.

“Eros is a mighty daemon,” Jung wrote, “and in him is contained all the magic of transformation.”

I apprenticed under a greatly respected Domina for a year, learning the alchemy of discipline, psychology, and power exchange.
This was not performance — it was initiatory work: a study of how body, psyche, and soul communicate truth.

It taught me that true mastery of power begins with consciousness and empathy —
and that sexuality, when met with reverence, is a doorway to sovereignty.

“The more I am open to the realities in me and in the other person, the less do I find myself rushing in to ‘fix things.’”Rogers

Peau de Chagrin — Creation, Collapse, and Rebirth

In 2014, I co-founded Peau de Chagrin, a design house dedicated to crafting exquisite, limited-edition objects with European artisans.
We practiced “slow ethics” long before it became a movement.

But by 2018, exhaustion and financial strain forced the company’s closure.
I fell into burnout and depression — a second descent, deeper than before.

At the time, it felt like failure.
Now I see it as alchemy in disguise — the crucible that taught me rest, boundary, and self-compassion.

“When I have been listened to and when I have been heard, … elements that seem insoluble become soluble.”Rogers

Listening to myself — to my body’s truth — became the medicine.

Becoming a Guide: coach and educator

My work as a Domina had always been deeply psychological.
Over time, I felt called to integrate those skills — communication, presence, curiosity, non-judgment — into a form that could serve others more widely.

In 2019, I began coach training in London.
Then, in 2020, I returned to Switzerland to accompany my mother through her final illness and death —
an 18-month vigil that became both grief and grace.

That journey — from my daughter’s birth to my mother’s death — closed a vast cycle.
It demanded that I embody everything I had learned: the courage to descend, and the faith to rise.

“The pattern of God exists in every man and has at its disposal the greatest of all his energies for transformation.”Jung

By 2021, I certified as a transformational coach — and all the strands of my life finally braided together:
dance, leadership, motherhood, shadow work, art, astrology, Eros, and descent.

“How can I provide a relationship which this person may use for his own personal growth?”Rogers

That question became my compass.
I do not fix — I listen. I hold the space where people can rediscover their own medicine, their own light.

What I Offer Now

Today, I guide others into their own depths — those ready to embrace shadow, reclaim Eros, and embody sovereignty.

In my coaching practice, I accompany people through their own initiations — the thresholds where identity softens, old stories dissolve, and something truer begins to emerge.
This work is grounded in presence and inquiry: I listen, reflect, and help you translate the language of your experience into self-knowledge and choice.

In this space, sexuality becomes an enquiry, not a performance — a way of meeting life through the body’s wisdom, where power and tenderness coexist.
Transformation happens when we return to the intelligence of the body, to the pulse of Eros — the creative force that animates all meaningful change.

The journey is never linear. It is cyclical, spiraled, initiatory.

“The soul never wastes a descent.” — Carl G. Jung
“Listening is alchemy.” — Carl R. Rogers

If my story resonates with you, I invite you to reflect:

  • Which parts of your journey once felt like mistakes but now reveal themselves as preparation?

  • Where might your shadow — or your desire — be holding the key to your sovereignty?

This is the alchemical path — the art of turning wounds into wisdom, and returning to life whole.
And if you feel called, I would be honoured to walk beside you.

Archetypal Astrology Workshops — A New Dimension of the Work

As a natural extension of my coaching practice, I now offer Archetypal Astrology sessions and workshops for those who wish to understand their patterns through the symbolic dialogue of psyche and cosmos.

Astrology here is not fortune-telling — it is a language of meaning.
Through your birth chart, we explore the archetypal patterns that shape how you love, lead, and connect; how power, desire, and intimacy move through your relationships — from the creative to the professional, from the heart to the body.

This work invites curiosity, not labels; awareness, not performance.
You’ll gain insight into your authentic needs, boundaries, and values — and a renewed sense of sovereignty in how you give and receive.

Whether you come to coaching, astrology, or both, the intention is the same:
to live more consciously, love more truthfully, and embody the wholeness that was never lost.
