Positive Intelligence® training & coaching

As a PQ® Coach I offer my clients the possibility to train and coach with the help of an amazing and powerful tool: The Positive Intelligence® programme and app.

I offer two courses:

FOUNDATION PQ® - 6 weeks intensive

This is a programme during which you build up new positive habits on a daily basis with the asistance of the PQ® app and we coach once a week. Think of it both as a period of installing a new operating system, and mental fitness “boot camp”. 

GROW PQ® – 6 months or 1 year

During this partnership you delve deeper into Positive Intelligence® mindset, strengthen the positive habits you’ve built up during the foundation. This is a work of integration during which you discover and excercise how to apply the Positive Intelligence® mindset in all facets of your life. And we coach weekly for 6 months, then bi-monthly.

We all know that cultivating gratitude, being present, really present are important elements of a positive mindset.Yet how often, in the midst of deadlines, personal and relationships challenges, illness etc…these practices along with meditation, yoga or healthy regimen, go out of the window? We justify ourselves: “not enough time”, or we  promise ourselves that “when things will have calmed down”, we will take time…. 

For me it was accompanied by a very French resistance - no pun intended - and condescending attitude to the “Positivity” philosophy that I very much distrust, because it has a habit of staying on the surface and never resolving anything. Who likes Polyannas?!

In March 2020 I spent 15 months in Geneva looking after my mother before she died, my healthy regimen of daily yoga went out of the window, but I kept meditating between 10’ and 20’ each day and walking. I believe these practices kept me saner. Yet it was sometimes impossibly difficult to remain positive and keep my cool amongst family feuds and grief. A few months later I became aware of the course on Positive Intelligence®, and decided to give it a go. 

I don’t like going to the gym…..and mental fitness whilst making sense from a neuroscience point of view, didn’t particularly appealed. But I was determined to try. After the 6 weeks program, I signed for training as a  PQ coach, because the tools make so much sense and they really make a difference. If anything I have become far more efficient, increased my “true” meditation practice, and I deal with anxiety, negativity and stress much better than I have ever been able to. It helps a lot managing this creative ADHD brain of mine.
